Monday - Body pump (weights) class with Kristi
Tuesday - we tried Tai Chi-Pilates-Yoga there too and we loved it! Definitely challenging & relaxing with the intense stretches
Wednesday - 9 am endurance run with Michael (i started it alone and pushed through!)
Thuesday - off
Friday - swimming at Schlitterbahn haha
Saturday - morning run, A LOT more swimming, what felt like lunges & squats with the tubes at the water park and fearful leg kicks while snorkeling...more importantly, lots of Vitamin D :)
