So I had a plan for this week last week, definitely didn't start the 30 day challenge :/ week 3? BUT i definitely persevered. A goal in itself!

Monday - stairs/calves
Tuesday - results fitness for 1 hr total body workout. abs...OUCH.
Wednesday - morning work out with michael! Endurance run on a trail
Thursday - evening walk (2 mi?) with Kristi
Friday - Morning workout with mike again, so inspiring. more endurance and introduced weights. need to work on planks, pushups and general abilities lol
Saturday - morning hike run with Shea :) and the farmer's market
I feel good. Week 2. need to keep the momentum going! introducing protein drinks week 4...just want to clean eat, spinach and greek yogurt in everything, cottage cheese, etc. til then
